Joining us in 2022, Tom leads the Commercial aspects of Platinum Staffing.  With a real passion for business development, Tom prides himself on his ability to foster strong working relationships. Boasting over a decade of experience in various industries and multiple Bachelor’s and Masters’s degrees, Tom specialises in stakeholder management, financial reporting, and business strategy. Tom developed a passion for the hospitality industry in his student days while working as a barista.

Our P&C specialist Adele has been part of our team since 2022. With over 10 years of experience in the service industry, she has worked for many businesses in customer service and hospitality.  From signing up staff to onboarding, she is the one who manages every stage of Platinum Staffing’s recruitment process. A dedicated team member, Adele also supervises many of the organisational matters of our business with her key strength being administrative management.
